It's bewildering to read that Cheetah 1a is in fact *Heatherzart's first attempt at coloured scratchboard, where the grace and beauty of this noble animal is portrayed with absolute resplendence.

Scratchboard on Ampersand Scratchbord, Koh-i-noor colored inks.
My first attempt at colored scratchboard, not as hard as I thought it would be though I did make a lot of mistakes along the way. Thank god for my airbrush because it allows me to cover up my mistakes and start again!
Thanks to all the members who gave constuctive criticism, it REALLY helped me figure out how to finish it right. This is the professional photographer's file, it shows the picture in its truest form.
